PHOTO BILL OF RIGHTS EDIT LOG

ABOUT: This edit log provides information about when and what changes were made to the Photo Bill of Rights and supplementary materials, such as Beyond the Bill, Toolkits, Resources, and the About page, among other areas on this website.

CIRCUMSTANCES FOR CHANGE:

The Photo Bill of Rights

While changes to the Photo Bill of Rights will only be made in incredibly exceptional circumstances, we do not plan on materially changing the Bill. A change was made on June 26, 2020, to the Bill [see below]. Moving forward, no changes will be made without informing the Bill’s signatories, thereby allowing them the opportunity to withdraw their signature if they are not in agreement with any changes made.

Supplementary Materials

Supplementary materials include the Beyond the Bill chapters, Toolkits, and Resources — all of which are considered living, breathing documents. Signatories are only signing onto the Photo Bill of Rights and supplementary materials are additional resources.

OUR PROCESS:

We take all feedback, comments, critiques, and criticisms made in good faith seriously and are, therefore, extensively considered by the Bill’s Co-Authors. The changes below were made through many meetings and deliberations, often with the advice of outside perspectives.

If changes are made, we will inform signatories and social media followers of the Photo Bill of Rights through our Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts as well as through our newsletter, which you can sign up for here.

You can also see the details of any changes made in the edit log below.
